Air Show + Sun Tan

I cant believe it..!!! I went to the singapore air show yesterday and now i am 20% more darker that i was before going..B$%^&* S%^t!!!

I got up early yesterday..Guys cry with me.. It was a saturday and i got up early. The airshow was to start at 11.30 and so we thought we will go early see the aircrafts and other exhibits and then c the show and come back..By the time myself and my sardarji friend got out of house it was a bit late...as HE WAS LATE!!! we couldn't take my bike as it was too late and parking at the show could be a problem..So took a cab reached there at 11...stood in the longgggggggggg queueeeeee and got in at 11.30..By the time the airshow had already started...But the show was awesome..They displayed te F16's, 15c's, A380s wow !! it was superb in which they showed the spin/4 point dive etc...after the show we went around the whole place seeing the big aircrafts and fighters and reached home around 5..

Then comes the sad part..When i looked into the mirror what i say almost made me committ suicide..I became totally black like a negro (sorry to use that word..but i am using on myself ..so no offence) ..My face was like totally gone dark...THere was a big round patch of black skin around my eyes..Altogether it was scary...Those dreams of "Ghori ladki ke saath switzerland me honeymoon" all went bust!!! Then i thought OK, i will apply some moisturiser and have the face washed with nivea cream....I tried it and i dont want to say wht happened next..!!! The whole face was burning and i had to run to the refrigerator to get some cold water to pour on to my face..Disappointed i came out of my room and the sight of sardarji made me laugh to the core and gave me back my lost confidence..My first thought after seeing him was "uska.." gori ladki + Alps ( he wanted to go there) honeymoon" be gaya" . I was ok but he was looking so horrible as his face was in two tone colours...The area where his pagadi was, was very fair and and the rest of his face was dark...That was terrible. Inshort his face was dark and fair ...and that too was really visible..i wanted to take his photo and send to airshow organisers for compensation. At the time of writing this blog he is still busy with his NIVEA and BOROLINE creams....Poor guy..

In short i lost my sleep ..wasted close to 60 dollars and got a sun tan...what a sacrifice to make to support the world second best airshow...I should be lauded..

My Life, My Bike

Well finally i got my bike...A beutiful aprillia RS125..http://adridrousmtx.free.fr/site%20files/page%20incredient/rs125.jpg
Right after i got my license in singapore i wanted to go for this bike..As it was a power machine and straight out of the racetrack with no difference in the confi except the head light..That was what that attracted me!! Normally road going race bikes are heavily modified to adapt to the roads but this one is a thriller..NO MODES!!! Straight from the tracks...And that makes it more difficult to drive as its suspensions are not smooth and the riding condition is a bit too stretched..But that awesome power is too much..Bloody Hell!!! You put this into first gear and accelerate ..nothing happens..You think " ye kya ho raha hai" no power but instead underpowered..then to II gear at RPM of 3ooo still nothing...to III now/RPM 5000 ..Nothing...Bloody hell..You think ur a loser and then cursing you go into IV gear @ 6000RPM..suddenly you hear a "Click" sound and then a surge of power and the front wheel goes upp..Bang!!! If you are not carefull u are definite to lose control..Then through V and VI gears you see that massive power coming out..My goodness i never thought race bikes can be like this...Holy Cow..at 125cc and with a hefty price tag of 3.5 lakhs this give a total of 35 BHP..equialent to a Maruti 800CC....Now you know the difference. That "Click" sound i mentioned was the power valve opening and u need to watch out for that sound as thats when this whole thing comes apart and the fun starts..

I take it office everyday and since i stay on top of a hill i need to climb up and down every day to reach the highway...The journey through hill roads is beutifull. The bike being italian and a cousin of DUCATI is superb through corners with power delivery being very smooth and then u go to highway and push it to 6000rpm and fly at about 100 to 110KM..Its loads of fun and i reach office in under 10 min!! Pure raw fun,.But along with this comes the hefty maitanence.>its too expensive to maintain with frequent visit to the service centre but that what u pay for that sheer fun every morning and evening..It has even got a lapclock on the dash board with a switch next to ur clutch level..U can see how long u took to do a lap...

I saw close to about 10 to 15 Aprillias before i took this up and the whole project (as i like to call it) took about a year.. As all second hand bikes comes with loads of problems..So u need to be carefull when u buy one...otherwise u will be running to a bank to borrow for the bikes maintaince..

Well nothing much happening..life as usual...Job also the same..Now planning to go to india on March..for a wonderfull 3 weeks..Hope it would be wonderfull..
