Most of us wont be knowing Sandy Weill. He is the legend who started out a small securities business in early 60s in NY for a mear 30000$ and sold it to Amex for $1bln in 70s. The legend who after a small vacation with 1bln in his pocket came back and started "THE TRAVELERS" a small time insurer which went sky high. The legend who swallowed the one and only "SALOMON BROTHERS" and merged it with Travelers. Again the legend who merged Travelers with Citigroup and became the group CEO. The tough nut who survived in the cut-throat investment banking field for nearly 20 yrs. The arrogant bastard who loved to make deals but who hated to work through them.....

Jesus, there were people like Sany Weill also in this world!!! If only we had 5% of his intelligence!!!...Legends are created not born! He is the living proof for that statement after Jean Pierre Morgan ( The great JPMorgan of JPMorgan Chase)
